Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by CustomerOS (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our services, communicating with us, or engaging in a business relationship, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
CustomerOS provides business process optimization, communication systems, and automation services designed to improve lead response, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Lead response systems
- Missed call handling
- Automated follow-up systems
- Customer communication tools
- Workflow automation and optimization
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for business use only. By engaging with CustomerOS, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business or for professional purposes.
3. Communications and Consent
By providing your contact information, engaging with our communications, submitting forms, or scheduling appointments, you consent to receive communications from CustomerOS via phone, email, and SMS (text messaging) for business-related purposes.
Communications may include:
- Service information
- Appointment scheduling
- Follow-up messages
- Account-related notifications
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may also request to cease communications by contacting us directly.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Services are billed at a recurring monthly rate
- Payments are due in advance
- Payments may be processed via credit card, ACH, or other approved methods
- By providing payment information, you authorize CustomerOS to charge the agreed-upon amount on a recurring basis
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to maintain valid payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Service Term and Renewal
CustomerOS services may include a minimum commitment period as defined in the service agreement.
Unless canceled in accordance with the agreed terms, services may automatically renew for successive terms.
Cancellation requirements, including notice periods, will be defined in the client service agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain access to required systems and platforms
- Respond in a timely manner to requests necessary for implementation
- Use services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
CustomerOS is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client cooperation or incomplete information.
7. No Guarantees
While CustomerOS is designed to improve operational performance and customer engagement, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or results.
Results depend on multiple factors outside of our control, including client operations, market conditions, and execution.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services:
- For unlawful purposes
- To send unauthorized or abusive communications
- To violate any applicable communication, privacy, or consumer protection laws
CustomerOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of acceptable use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
CustomerOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding one (1) month.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CustomerOS, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
11. Third-Party Services
CustomerOS may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.
12. Intellectual Property
All systems, processes, materials, and technology provided by CustomerOS remain the property of CustomerOS unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during the term of the agreement.
13. Termination
CustomerOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services:
- For non-payment
- For violation of these Terms
- For misuse of services
Termination does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
